The recruiter for my initial phone interview rescheduled my interview twice. Ok when we got on the call I could barely ask him any questions keep in mind he called me 30 mins late into the allotted time for the phone interview. Then told me I was moving on to the next step with the hiring manager okay?? I email him thanking him for his time and also try to ask follow up questions to prepare for my interview with the hiring manager he ghost and doesn’t answer me. I get ready for the interview with the hiring manager two days later and everything goes well only to find out they moved on to other candidates early Christmas morning! What a lovely Christmas gift! But wow i guess i should’ve noticed they were a mess from the red flags from the recruiter. They are building a new team for this position so seems like things would be unorganized and you’d definitely be OVERWORKED as this is an Amazon adjacent company.
