Started with a technical phone screen from someone who takes notes and reports back to the hiring manager. Quick and to the point on the technical info. Tried to squeeze as much in as he could. Briefly asked me to explain my resume and then 25 minutes were just technical questions with about 2 minutes for questions of my own. Did not get the job but got good specific feedback.

Question 1
Won’t give away specifics but make sure you read the job requirements and qualifications because they will ask very specific questions on those things.
They want you to do a million interviews for no reason. While other companies like Boeing make you only do one. They have a HR call, then a 1 hour zoom call, then another 1 hour zoom call, and then a panel interview.
Standard industry interview process. 30 min with a recruiter, 30 min with manager, and 1 hr with a panel. The process from the first interview to an offer was quick.

1 phone screen with technical recruiter
1 panel interview (1 hour prepared presentation, with five 30 minute chats with each panel member)
Recieved a phone call a couple days later saying it’d take two weeks.
Two weeks came by and said it’d be another week.
About that time next week I received an email from the recruiter notifying me that I was selected.
