Hello and thanks for your review. The first interview is an overview of the company where the candidates get to ask the majority of the questions. That's what companies do when they want to make sure candidates have a complete understanding of the business. If we wanted to hide things like many companies do, we wouldn't allow you ask questions at all. We think candidate appreciate being able to ask as many questions as they want, don't you? During the second interview, we ask lots of questions. We aren't sure you were accepted for a 2nd interview but if you had been you'd know there are lots of questions during the process. We are sorry about the negative experience interviewing. We will certainly address! Not ok to be an hour late for an interview. Although I have to admit... we have never heard of such a complaint. (But that doesn't mean it's not true.) As for an interview lasting 5 minutes... Our first round interviews take an average of 20 minutes. We screen our applicants thoroughly because we work with huge important companies. And we also have a second interview process for select candidates for the same reason. If there is a manager doing 5-minute interviews, they should be fired. If it happened, it won't happen again. Thank you! Best of luck on your job search
