Interview
Applied on LinkedIn. Had a short introductory call with HR who explained about the company and role. Sent an Editing test with example of the work I would be doing. Interview with the Editorial Director and final interview with the person who overseas all Research.
Process took 2 weeks from applying to offer. The format was relatively relaxed and informal. Was kept well informed.

Interview
I had two phone interviews arranged through their HR person. Each last about 30 minutes. I didn't get or find any email addresses for the interviewers so unfortunately I wasn't sure how to send any thank you notes (except quick ones through HR).
Both interviewers were nice to talk to, happily answered questions about themselves, the company, the position, future issues like moving away from COVID, etc. Overall I had a good experience and two pleasant conversations, although the reviews here do make me pause and I'm not sure if I would have accepted an offer if one had been extended, especially as I had other options.
