- Didn’t know the next steps in the interview process. Asked for my salary expectations but would not provide their salary even though that’s illegal information to withhold in California for their company size.
2. Hiring Manager
- Ten minutes late to a virtual meeting. Pretty thorough interview process and questions for a technician role, especially a temporary role, would have expected it more for an engineer role (I’m overqualified for this position and can compare to engineer interviews I’ve had). Still a negative conversation experience despite giving it a chance after them being late.
