Blue Coat approached me for a for a very senior technical position. I had a phone interview with Blue Coat: It was a bunch of aptitude questions, like the bucket of water problem. They called me back for an in-person interview. The HR that was supposed to meet me was not there, they kept me waiting for an hour. I noticed very unprofessional behavior, like abusing fellow employees. Finally one tech. guy in flip-flops shows up and asks questions while he works on his laptop. The questions he asked ridiculous, and he looked like he was in pain: kept making ohh and ahh noises while he worked on his laptop. Never did he look straight at me. Some of the more sane questions: How do you determine a percentage! Yes, the bucket of water question was asked again. These guys just love buckets don't they.
