Three step interview process. The first is a meet and greet, the second is where you go to a location that you’ll be SELLING at, and see what a day to day is like and go over pay.
This is a sales job. It shouldn’t be advertised as a marketing job. Be transparent about what you’re looking for in candidates.

The interview process was super easy and very informative! It was really nice to see exactly what I would be doing in this position. The manager that I met with was super genuine and very welcoming. No fluff: very straightforward. I was offered a position and ACCEPTED!!!! I can't wait to start!!
