Took my resume in person to aged care facility, had a phone call within a couple of days to attend an interview. Was interviewed by the Management & CN. Was a comfortable & streamlined process where they expressed they wanted to employ me from the beginning.

Interview
One on one interview with facility manager. Interviewer was unorganised and poorly prepared. Second person came in and began writing down my responses to questions but would get up and leave to answer the phone outside then return and ask me to repeat my answers.
