Split into three sections: 1 - Code review session (previous take-home problem) 2 - Design Session (Similar to designing ER diagrams in nature) 3 - Casual conversation (Get to know each other, ask questions about the company, etc)

Total 3rounds of interview, 1st Introduction and previous experience with Hr, 2nd Technical plus manager round together, 3rd Hr for joining date and package discussion Blujay company is not pay masters but it is a good company to join for freshers and candidates with less than 5years of experience
