A bit chaotic interview process. They did not communicate the compensation upfront but only with some vague languages of “it will be higher than your current ones”. Right before the final round, the HR even did not mention the range of comps. The final offer came with the same compensation with my current role so I have to decline it. The interview with the team had a positive experience. They are supportive and helpful with every steps. Easy interview overall.
