The interview process wasyour usual hierarchial competency based process. The day of the interview, the 2 interviewers were not as welcoming as i thought they would be and this transpired through the entire interview. i performed well, it's something i have been doing over a decade. Needless to say, i didnt get the job, but literally feedback was vague, null and void. Unfortunately maybe they only interviewed me as a tick box exercise. They probably had someone already.
Really informative, supported so well by the internal recruitment team. Aswell as an invite into the offices to get an idea on the environment which was a great experience with it being a big office
Two telephone interviews and wasn't invited to face to face. Not sure why they called second time, they should have clarified in first round. Not very efficient use of time
