Had a phone interview first , then a video interview since I was applying from overseas . Not very inspirational and motivating. Interviewer was quite rude actually . One of the three had his head down playing with his iPad during the entire interview and asked one question at the very end , just nodded and didn't give any feedback. After the interview , spoke with some people about it and turns out seems that they want people from famous schools etc . The other two interviewers weren't bad though and seemed to be more enthusiastic. Quite a bit of dead air in the interview also . To be honest , I was expecting a lot more . Even though the interviewers were one manager , one analyst and one department head , all three of them looked like they just came out of school and honestly this was one of the worse interviews I've done. Maybe cause I was expecting too much from such a big company . Not just saying this cause I didn't get an offer . But really that guy who was the department head really got on my nerves . Was rude and the way he spoke was just really cocky and arrogant . And all three of them didn't seem like they knew how to lead an interview at all. Just literally read off a scripted piece of paper . Had some communication problems actually also. I'm guessing American English and Hong Kong English isn't supposed to mix ... Even though the head guy was supposed to be from America , sounded like a fob who just graduated and went back. Really bloomberg, when you hire someone to be a head of a global data team, make sure he has better communal skills . Really disappointed by a company that I deemed to be pretty good.

Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
