Interview
1) Initial 20 minutes phone interview with HR (why bloomberg, competitors, why this role etc)
2) shadowing plus interview (role play, background and motivational)
3) final interview with two managers (similar to second round, but more into deep)
Everybody was nice and friendly, the whole process has been extremely pleasing

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
