The OT is not difficult. It is more about who you are and finding your personality. And the interview process is also very smooth. The pace of receiving OT and interviews are very fast.

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
