Interview
First step was an online application where you had to answer some short questions and do an online assessment test (mostly character based and some logic questions). Next step was a pre-recorded video interview where you have to answer 10 questions. Some related to your character and how you would act in certain situations, others about finance. Then 1-hour video interview.

Questions about finance (what is inflation? what indicators help you decide what to invest in? ) Questions about Bloomberg (What other revenue generating products does Bloomberg offer? What does Bloomberg offer in general?)

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

Interview
4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
