1. Telephone interview. Nothing special. Just usual questions about previous work experience. Also, the question "why Bloomberg?"
2. The on-site interview has been after 3(!) weeks. The same questions.
Be aware. The company is looking for someone with SAP experience.
This is not a customer support role in general. It is more day-to-day speaking with clients who do not pay for Bloomberg services.
