I was contacted by HR to arrange telephone interview. I talked with fixed income specialist for 30 mins. He was quite friendly. Questions are :

- Difference between bond and equity
- Leadership experience

6 month interview cycle so it takes a while to actually talk to managers. The trader was not the nicest and would laugh after interviews. Overall a really long process

4 rounds, it was nice and smooth, they provided me with adequate resources in order to excel. The last round, they flew me out to SF to meet the managers.
