I applied online. I interviewed at Bloomberg (London, England) in Sep 2018
Interview
Video recording interview. You should dress properly. Questions will appear on your screen and you will have 30 seconds to answer each one. There were about 5 questions in total involving the position itself, about accounting and Bloomberg's main products
Three step process: First was an automatic, camera-based interview done from home, in which I had to answer 8 simple questions. Second step was a telephone interview with someone who holds the same position as I applied to, she was nice and we talked for about 30 minutes. Third step was a face-to-face interview, but since I was out of the country for work, I had it done through video.
I was interviewed by two team leaders, the interview started 10 minutes late and was also disrupted because apparently they didn't reserve the room where they were sitting. One of them, who was leading the interview, wasn't very nice or patient when her questions weren't understood. At the end of the interview I was told that I would hear back in a few days. After two weeks I emailed the HR (I never really spoke with the HR, only got automatic messages), and never recieved a reply so I figured it was a "no".
I still find it shocking that they don't even bother to tell their candidates that they haven't passed the screening, so further ahead in the process.
