      Senior Product Manager Interview

      Oct 15, 2025
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I interviewed at Bloom & Wild (London, England)

      Interview

The interview process was quite extensive, consisting of five stages: an initial screening call, a conversation with the hiring manager, a task round with a panel, a discussion with the engineering team, and a final call with the CPO. I found the early stages of the process to be engaging and well-organized, and I genuinely enjoyed meeting the team. The task round, while challenging, was interesting and I thought the follow up questions were thoughtful. However, the later stages felt less structured, with questions that were vague and difficult to respond to meaningfully. Additionally, the strong sense of culture that came through earlier in the process, unfortunately didn’t carry through to the final interviews, which left me uncertain about whether the company would be the right fit for me.
