Three interviews with fairly casual conversations. After the recruiter call I spoke with the Campaign Director via Zoom, then her and the Executive Director for the final interview. They were very friendly and easygoing. Genuine and wanted to know why I wanted to be part of their organization and what the mission meant to me.

Very straightforward. great communication. Hiring manager and HR were great to work with and very personable. Started with phone screen then interview with hiring manager then executive director then heard a decision. No games or waiting months to hear back
