Phone interview that explained the work I’ll be doing for the campaign. Very friendly staff searching for enthusiastic and positive individuals. Explained that Internships for non profits are not paid.

Interview
I went through a phone interview after which I was invited to the office in NYC. I met with the Donor Development Head and two other employees. We all sat in a circle and we talked about my skills and interests, as well as the details of the position and ongoing projects they had.
