Organized and efficient, the group leader was smart and approachable and the team seemed eager to collaborate. The presentation was time consuming but comparably acceptable. Some of the interviews were very laid back and could have been more formal.

Talent reached out a few days after I applied via LinkedIn based on profile fit. Met with a wide variety of people including a co-founder and the head of my department. Completed a challenging case study based on the work that the position requires. There were 5 days with interviews including the phone screen, including one day with a gauntlet of four interviews, including a panel interview. The entire process took just under a month, communication throughout was very high, and the interviewers were all very prepared, interested and organized. The offer was competitive based on experience.
