Interview
You first are called for a phone interview, it's about 15-20 minutes of basic questions. The next steps are two in person interviews. You meet with different people each time. They ask you a variety of basic questions about your leadership and teamwork. They give a few scenarios for you to answer.

Interview
The interview process was great. It started with a phone interview with one of their HR reps and then an in person interview and then a final interview. The first in person interview was pretty long but I found it extremely beneficial and insightful as all of my questions were answered and I could tell the interviewers were being open and honest with me and wanted to have a conversation rather than an "interview" per se. The last interview I had the chance of meeting one of the companies presidents. I found that refreshing as he was down to earth and was not there to intimidate me.
