Overall the interviews focused on learning about my experience. For the competency part, it didn’t strictly follow the STAR behavioural format. It was a pleasant interview experience overall.

Have you come across any challenges in the project you needed to overcome?
I applied in-person. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Blis (London, England)
Interview
I had applied online through Glassdoor and had revived a direct invitation for a on-site face to face interview with the Senior Product Manager and a current PM. The interview was quite elaborate and we spoke for about an hour. The entire experience leading to the interview was great. The interview itself, through unstructured, was very involving. However, that’s when my experience took a turn as I received no feedback/response despite reminders. I finally gave up on the role and moved on.
