It was a three round process, very fast and crisp. Whole interview process got finished in 2 hours and next day I got my offer letter. My overall experience was very good.

What are the challenges you faced in your previous organisation and how it was resolved?
Can ask u about inventory management, wastage control, manpower allocation, calculations can be asked about manpower time eg how many pickers can pick item in x hours if one can picker can pick y items in 1 hours.
