I was asked to come for an interview in 1/2 hr after calling in to set up the interview time. I was hired on the spot, however, the training process was not that good.

Interview
Easy, short, and straightforward. Asked what availability for shifts and what my prior experience was. Focused a lot on customer service based questions such as what does customer service mean to you and how you do you handle conflict? Describe a time that you were in a difficult situation and how did you handle it
Asked me to sit down and the interview started. Quick and simple interview where they asked me two questions. The two questions were, Tell me about yourself and my availability.
