I applied online. I interviewed at Blast Fitness (Bridgeview, IL) in Sep 2015
Interview
When I showed up at the Bridgeview location for my interview, the general manager was not present. The two team members at the time tried calling her, but couldn't get in contact until about 30 minutes after me arriving and sitting at a table waiting. The team member had assumed that I was going to be hired on and brought out the paper for me to sign as part of the hiring process. It wasn't until after I signed the paper that the general manager had answered and the team member that was there asked me to read through their sales promotion. Corporate/management is terrible, but some of the members were nice.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Blast Fitness (West Hartford, CT) in Aug 2014
Interview
To be considered for the job there was no interview process. If you knew a current employee there the job was yours. Was not a fan as there were plenty of better candidates who were passed off.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Blast Fitness (Milwaukee, WI)
Interview
I was referred for the job. So the interview process was very quick. The application online was easy to fill out. The process was painless. If you have skills in personal training and fitness it is easy to demonstrate this during the interview.
