Blackpeak interview questions

3-4 rounds of interview (HR, team lead, senior management). Relatively straightforward and consistent with typical job interview (learning about your experience, why you want to join, experience with research). Language ability is quite important, and although most reports are written in English, ability to speak and listen in other languages is an advantage.

It was a long process, and I needed to complete a lengthy writing test. All the questions were fair but the time it took between interviews made the process overall negative. The entire process took too long in my opinion.
