First I completed the online application and uploaded my resume. I was contacted a couple days later by a member of the staffing team to set up a brief phone conversation. That call was the typical phone screen experience. Then an interview was set up with the hiring manager.

The interview process is not difficult. You must show that you have a customer service mindset and are able to learn and adapt quickly. The interview is not hard, but come prepared to sell yourself and your customer service ability as well as your ability to learn quickly.
