Got an interview 2 weeks after submitted application. It was an online pre-record interview. There were 4 basic behavior questions, such as why BlackRock, why your school and your major, an innovation story, and another one I forgot. each one I have 1 min to prepare, and 1.5 mins to answer it. Not very hard questions, just fell wired because fells like talking to myself.

HireVue then 3 part superday. All interviews were a mix of technical and behavioral but mostly behavioral and market-based. Interviews were over a 4 hour period and with employees from different offices

Interview
The Hirevue questions were all behavioral, no tell me about yourself or why blackrock. Questions were pretty simple. Prepare a financial news story you are following because they will ask you that.
Hireview is preparation and then one time recording, which is from memory 3 minutes long. There was only 3 questions for me and most of it related to the role instead of purely just asking why blackrock or why this role.
