I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at BlackRock (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Super day with around 10 others. Five basic interviews in a row with simple questions about what is currently happening in the markets and your past experiences. Ended the day with a basic group exercise just coming to a conclusion in small groups. Also had a lunch with current analysts. Simple interview with no trick questions or technical questions. They are really looking for the perfect personality fit with a lot of room to grow technically.
