I got an offer to this programme in the last academic year. 1st round video interview where you can spend hours for each question before recording yours. 2nd round onsite: you are gonna meet some analysts. I had two sessions, first with junior analysts and later with senior analysts. The content of the interview itself is quite common and need sometime to prepare yourself about your story and motivation. However, the division where I applied was a kind of 'talent-based' division, not a place for 'native in English privileged' one, so that I could really take the lead during the interview.
