The interview process was pretty fair. It covered most areas of topics that were expected to be interviewed for. The interview process was rigorous and had gone for a bout an entire hour long.

pretty easy, first round to superday. only two questions for the vritual cover letter. why blackrock, why alternative investment. not very hard as long as have good stories and well prepared for the technicals know the recent news marekt trends and blacktock recent transactions
I interviewed with 3 different people for a half hour each. They asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions for each of them. Overall, it was a pretty typical finance interview.
