I applied online through the university career entry. After the application, I immediately got the email saying I have to finish a 'virtual cover letter' in three days. And the digital interview is recorded and about 5 mins long. Only two questions were asked about why the company and why your major. I got the reply the day after saying the positions have already filled out and no more interviews for that job. That's kinda disappointing and confusing.
30 minute phone interview with a member of the team. It was very relaxed, phone call was a little late due to technical difficulties, but the interviewer was very calm and comfortable to talk to

I applied online and recorded a HireVue. 2 weeks later I was notified to have an online interview. Just finished the first round and I am still waiting for response. Just prepare some typical questions in advance and be ready to talk about your resume.
I applied 2018 Summer Analyst Program - Advisory & Client Services. Then they ask me to submit my virtual cover letter within three days of receiving the original invitation.
