Interview
Interface with HR was fast and fairly painless. The interview was led by 2 employees who were veterans in each of their fields, management and engineering, respectively and asked pointed questions. The company was in a rush to fill the role so dealings with the HR rep after the interview were fast.

Interview
Second Interview - Will either receive an offer or have another interview or receive a rejection. Was hosted this time not by HR but instead by several Project Directors, a Project Manager and lead by the Senior Project Director/Execution Director. Primarily went over the basic questions and perspective/experience on different aspects of a project and they explained how B&V operates. Overall experience was friendly, informative, and soft-skill technical.

Many video calls, to the point. Value ethics and cultural aspects. May talk to many employees that are on the team. Relaxed environment and encouraged to be yourself. Don't over do or stress it.
