The interview process was very easy. After several attempts to schedule an in-person interview (we both had several issues come up) we opted for a telephone interview which lasted about 20 minutes. The recruiter did most of the talking and explained in great detail what the position would entail and how the company operated. The only follow-up required was to submit my employment documentation.

The interview process is very simple and they basically just want to make sure you will not hate it at the job. You fill out the hiring forms before you even go to the interview and submit it at the interview. The client ultimately chooses whom to hire but when they have a great need for reviewers they accept most capable law graduates or licensed attorneys with or without document review experience.
