It was one hour long, very thorough and intense interview. They really want to see if the person can fit into the culture. It took longer than a month to get the second round (face-to-face) interview after the first phone interview.

When you apply online, you will first have to go through a video (recorded) interview. After that is submitted, they may contact you for your first interview. After the first interview, there was a written portion and then I was asked to come in again for a second interview with one of the founders of the company.
