The interview process was quick and friendly. Informative, but vague... the "events" are standing in stores selling stuff. They'll say it's part of training, but if you put in 30 minutes worth of research you'll see it's a sales scheme. Another concern I had was the multitude of comments on here, while the company claims it only has 11-50 employees, which either means there is a high turn over, or something isn't right. When offered the position, I brought up my concerns to the interviewer, and she said it was a way to wade through all of the employees and to see who would work hard enough to move to the top. Then when I turned down the offer, she became very negative. I feel that was enough to represent the company culture. I do hope BCM will listen to these concerns and create a wonderful work environment, that is transparent from the beginning.
