It was smooth and the recruiters were patient and helpful. I had some difficulties with technical stuff but they walked me through and gave me an advice how to improve my teaching strategies.
General interview then a demo with a student. Given materials to prepare and simulate a classtype situation. It's pretty easy so long you follow the given template. Dont rush anything

Good demo lesson, applicants need to review and read the job post to pass. Facilitators are helpful, but applicants needs to consider the staff schedule. Requirements are easy, COR is a bit challenging but Just A bit coordinating with BIR office, fine process.

The QA was very approachable. She guided me all throught out. During the demo she was really like Japanese, so I was very confident during the demo, hahaha but then after I realized she's native. But still she's very kind and considerate giving me a walk through about bizmates.
