Bixby Public Schools interview questions

After applying online I was contacted about a week later for an interview. The interview was fairly conversational with a panel of other teachers you'd be working with, the assistant principal, and principal. It began (as all interviews do) with telling a bit about myself, followed by questions about background, teaching methods, and relationships with co-workers. I was called a week later and offered the position.
