Excellent. Had an initial recruiting screen, followed by a phone call with the hiring manager. Followed up on this with an onsite where I met a variety of people, including peers, other departments, and senior executives. Offer was extended after this, remotely.

Straight forward and quick process. A true grown up conversation and I truly enjoyed the process from start to finish. They seem to be very sure of "being fishing in a barrel" I am not.
