It was a very pleasant atmosphere and open two way communication. First had to submit basic documents without lengthy online form filling, then I was contacted by the recruiter by phone and scheduled a 30 min video call. Next step was interview with the manager. And as third it was a rotating interview/exchange with several employees of the company.
