The Property Manager will interview you, sometimes they are on time, sometimes they are late. That should tell you all you need to know, that even though they know you are coming, they are late to the interview. Also, google the property before interviewing, most properties are run down with no repairs being done forever. So when your salary is based on commissions from leases, and no one wants to lease from a run down, tattered property which is in desperate need for repair, think about that.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Birchstone Residential (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
I went through three 1.5 hour long interviews over a 2-week period, then they checked my references which took them a week and they were all glowing from previous employers. The head hunter who contacted me about the job was told twice that they will be making me an offer after my third interview. I received a call the following day after my last interview from my HH only for him to tell me that they were not going to make me an offer. When I asked why, the HH said they did not have a valid reason, only that the last person I interviewed with just had a “feeling” I wasn’t right for the job. I was devastated, to say the least. They completely wasted 3 weeks of my time for a job I was over-qualified for.
