Interview
The interview process was actually a good experience, but the communication after is the real issue. After a joint meeting with the National Director of Sales and the VP of Sales, I was not notified of my status. I emailed and was ignored. I had to reach back out to the HR touchpoint who had to hunt down the Director for an answer. Left me in limbo for a couple of weeks. Very unprofessional when the atmosphere after the interview indicated they’d liked me enough to want to make an offer.

Interview
30-minute interview to get to know you, very behavioral-based questions were asked. Very nice, talking to them. Met at the career fair, then the next day interview, and then a virtual interview.
