HR was very professional and conveyed the project of the company clearly. Promptly arranged second round interview. HR managed expectations of what candidate may expect when working with the company and vision moving forward

It was a virtual Interview. Firstly, the Interviewer was 10 minutes late for the interview which was actually ok. When the interview started, she doesn't know my name and do not even have my CV ready. Worse, throughout the interview I observed that she was 'multi-tasking' and seemed to be very distracted by people walking around her, talking to other people, and even answering calls. As the interview progressed, I was asked to repeat some of my answers on more than 3 occasions as the interviewer was not listening or paying attention. A complete waste of time. When broached on HR situational questions, the interviewer then threw back some textbook answers and insisted her answers were right and seemed offended when I responded otherwise. Overall, it was a waste of time, unprofessional, and leadership, and a huge doubt
