It was a 30 minute interview through phone call and was invited to the onsite in the same week. The on-site interview was comfortable not to difficult. I met with 3 scientists. I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Biochain Institute (Newark, CA) in Jul 2014
Interview
It was very easy and only took 1 telephone and then an invite to the campus to meet the team. The telephone took about 20-30 mins and we discuss about my experience and the type of work this position will perform. The 1 on 1 visit on the campus was a little intimidating at first, but once I met everyone it was pretty straight forward and the team was pretty nice.
