The interview process takes months from the time you apply. Starts with a phone screen and talk with the HR Manager. Then shortly after you speak with the CEO and he tells you about the culture and expectations. Also, refers to a few books written that they are basing the direction of the company on. Third step is a conference call or web based interview with the CEO, HR Manager and a few Sales people. The last step is supposed to be a presentation on a topic to the company.
