Interview
The interview process including Phone interview and Onsite interview. Phone interview is easy and after 3 weeks they moved to next step,onsite interview. This one last 5 hours, you would talk to HR, stat group and manager. Questions are more focus on statistical knowledge, and behavioral questions are general, not very hard.

from phone interview to offer took about 3 weeks. I first got a phone interview. Several days later, received invitation for onsite visit. Met with several people. About one week later, I received the offer.
