First round interview for Fall 2026 Co-Op. Interviewed by a senior software engineer, went over the job role and company culture, then I introduced myself and we went over relevant experience. By the end, I had time to ask questions about the role.

The process was fine overall, there is a Zoom interview followed by an onsite one. I think they are primarily looking for experience, so it's good to go in with web-development knowledge you can speak to.

They ask some questions about your project and there are a few coding questions. And those questions are really easy. So the fact of whether you can get into this position is pretty related to your background and projects. I think you need to make sure your resume has the skill set that the job description mentioned. This is a small company, I think they want someone who can get into work quickly.
