Interview
The interview process itself was not bad. However, what made it really bad was the negotiation after offer was made. When the ask was made the offer was immediately rescinded. It was unprofessional and not good practice. Thankfully better offers were made and with companies that were appreciate of negotiating even if very minimal.

Question 1
I asked to negotiate and my offer was rescinded. Not typical practice.
Be careful if they decide to give you an offer. If you don't accept and counter-offer they may rescind immediately, which happened in my case. Not to say that I would not recommend the company, but please be careful when interviewing and make sure you get all of your questions answered.
